Travel with us to this unique venue for an agri-culinary experience. Ten years ago, Farmer Bob Jones envisioned an institute surrounded by a working farm where the chef and farmer could retreat together for inspiration. He created the Culinary Vegetable Institute, where we will enjoy a tour, cooking demonstration, and then eat what the chef created.
